Okanagan Touch Wood ships your order with UPS, US Postal Service or Canada Post whenever possible. We are able to process orders from anywhere in the world. Normally we will be able to ship your order within two weeks, but if for some unforseen reason we are unable to, we will notify you via e-mail. Naturally your payment will not be processed until your order is being shipped. We will also notify you, via email, when and with whom your order has been shipped. The cost of shipping and handling is added to our prices. There is no customs duty on any of the items if shipped to USA or Canada.
Return Policy
When you become a customer of Okanagan Touch Wood, you will have a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us and we will issue you a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. There is also a $10.00 restocking charge on orders over $150. Merchandise must arrive in original undamaged condition, and you will be required to pre-pay all shipping costs to return the items to us.
