Your order will be shipped with UPS, the US Postal Service, or Canada Post whenever possible. Normally we ship all orders in eight days or less, from Oroville WA for our US customers and from Penticton B.C. for our Canadian customers. However, if for some reason we are unable to ship within eight business days we will notify you promptly via e-mail. We will also notify you, via e-mail, when and with whom your order has been shipped.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to ship to P.O. boxes. The cost of shipping and handling is added to the cost of you order as you proceed through the check-out. There are no customs duty or any other extra charges on orders shipped to destinations in North America.
Return Policy
When you become a customer of the Grow Help!, we offer you a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us and we will promptly issue you a refund of the purchase price, less applicable shipping costs. Any returned merchandise must arrive in its original undamaged condition, and you will be required to pre-pay all shipping costs in order to return the item to us.
